  • Final approval of any refund is subject to verification by the vendor and quality check team.

2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be approved if any of the following conditions are met:

a. Damaged or Defective Product

  • Product arrives broken, damaged, defective, or not functioning.
  • Supporting images/videos must be provided during the refund request.

b. Wrong Product Delivered

  • Customer receives a different product from what was ordered.
  • The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging.

c. Missing Accessories or Parts

  • Items or accessories listed on the product page are missing upon delivery.

d. Product Not as Described

  • Item does not match the description, specifications, or images provided on the website.

e. Non-Delivery

  • Customer did not receive the product within the guaranteed delivery period.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
  • Items without original packaging, labels, or accessories
  • Perishable goods (food, plants, organic products — unless damaged on arrival)
  • Digital products once downloaded or accessed
  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

4. Refund Request Process

  1. Go to My Orders → Select the product → Raise Return/Refund Request
  2. Upload clear pictures/videos as proof (if applicable)
  3. Our team and the vendor will review the request within 48–72 hours
  4. Once approved, the product will be picked up (if return is required)
  5. After inspection and quality check, refund will be processed

5. Refund Timeline

Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product passes quality verification.

Estimated timelines:

  • UPI / Wallet: 24–48 hours
  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–7 business days
  • Net Banking: 3–5 business days
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be added to the customer’s wallet/account within 48 hours
